Lori's yogic name is 'Harshani'
She is a fully qualified Integral Yoga Teacher & British Wheel of Yoga Teacher & runs regular weekly Hatha Yoga classes in her local area of Northamptonshire: ~
From May 1st class times will be as follows:~
Tuesdays 9.30am - 11.00am The Queen Victoria Hall, Oundle (Mixed ability)
Tuesdays 5.45pm - 7.15pm The Thrapston Plaza (Basic Hatha ~ suitable for beginners)
Tuesdays 7.30pm - 9.00pm The Thrapston Plaza, Thrapston (Intermediate Hatha)
Fridays 6.30pm - 8.00pm The Joan Strong Centre, Oundle (Mixed Ability)
The classes are multi level & suitable for all (male & female).

Tailored Made Yoga ~ Harshani also works with groups & companies to deliver training in improving posture, breathing & stress management through Yoga techniques; & will tailor make One-to-One Hatha Yoga sessions to suit your individual needs.
One-to-One Hatha Yoga Class £35 per Hour ~ this can be for back strengthening & care; to develop or deepen a particular posture (Asana); to learn Meditation; to learn Yogic Breathing techniques (Pranayama); or as a regular individual practise.
